多功能酶标仪

多功能微孔板读板仪能够在两种或更多检测模式下工作。通常，它们结合了吸光度、发光和荧光等检测模式。还可以配置更高端的检测模式（如TRF、TR-FRET、荧光偏振和AlphaScreen/AlphaLISA）来扩大使用范围。

吸收光酶标仪

吸光度读板仪可检测微孔板中的样品吸收的光，与在比色皿中一次检测一个样品的分光光度计相比，吸光度读板仪可以达到更高的检测通量。

荧光读板仪检测在特定波长的光激发下微孔板中荧光样品发出的光。荧光读板仪用于荧光强度和FRET检测，当与吸光度和/或发光结合时，可以作为单功能或多功能读板仪使用。
